How often should I use the LumaRose mask?
Most people enjoy 10–15 minute sessions, 3–5 times per week. Consistency is what makes it part of your routine.
What do the 7 colors do?
Each color offers a different light experience. Red is the most popular for everyday glow sessions, while blue, green, yellow, purple, cyan and white let you switch things up. See the user guide included in the box for details.
Is it comfortable to wear?
Yes. The mask is made from soft, flexible silicone and is lightweight enough to wear while you relax, read or watch TV.
How is it powered?
The mask runs on USB power, so you can plug it into a wall adapter, laptop or power bank.
Is it safe?
The mask is CE, RoHS and FCC certified. Don't look directly into the LEDs, and check with your doctor before use if you are pregnant, photosensitive, prone to light-triggered seizures or have a medical condition. LumaRose is a cosmetic device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every mask comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
