You can request a full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery.

How to claim your refund

1. Reach out within 30 days of delivery. Fill in our Returns & Warranty Claims form.
2. Tell us your order number. That's all we need. You don't have to explain why.
3. Get your return instructions. We'll reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm CT).
4. Send your product back following those instructions, with all parts included where possible.
5. Get your refund. Once your return arrives, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.
