Warranty

Every LumaRose device comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

What's covered

Faults caused by materials or workmanship under normal use. For example, LEDs that stop working, charging faults, or buttons that fail.

What's not covered

• Drops, cracks or other physical damage
• Water damage
• Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic scratches
• Damage from misuse, unapproved chargers, or repairs not made by LumaRose

How to make a warranty claim

Fill in the form below with your name, email, order number and a description of the issue. We'll reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm CT). If needed, we'll ask for a photo or short video, then repair or replace your device.
